The company was established in 2017 and is a professional manufacturing and export enterprise integrating research, development, production, and sales of zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, and copper castings. After years of dedicated operation, the enterprise has been recognized as a leader in the casting industry and has entered the forefront of the field. Our products cover areas including automotive engine-related components, construction machinery parts, hydraulic pump valve bodies, traffic facility components, pneumatic tool parts, and marine fittings, with a customer base across the country. Most of our products are exported to markets such as the United States, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan.

The company currently has more than 150 employees, including 45 with college degrees or above and 7 engineers. It has a professional team for the research and development of aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, and casting products, as well as modern production, inspection, and testing equipment. The company owns 9 fully automatic high-pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160 to 800 tons, gravity casting machines, WanFeng low-pressure casting machines, and other casting equipment. It is also equipped with 10 vertical four-axis machining centers, 10 CNC drilling machines, 20 CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, horizontal lathes, and other high-precision processing equipment. Inspection equipment includes large industrial X-ray flaw detectors, Italian spectrometer material analyzers, coordinate measuring machines, Mitutoyo height gauges, image measuring instruments, coating thickness gauges, universal testing machines, aluminum hydrogen meters, Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers, and other specialized testing equipment. The production base covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. At present, the annual output value is about 70 million yuan. The company holds 48 invention patents and 120 utility and design patents. In 2019, it passed the international standard quality management system certification.
